McElroy & Associates, PLLC (M3A) is a full service Architecture firm located in Jackson, MS and Monroe, Louisiana. The firm was founded in 1995. The company has on board an experience staff that is fully capable of completing the job from start to finish in a timely fashion in order to satisfy your project goals. We have a history of bringing all projects to a completion. Our experience and comprehensive approach to architecture make the company uniquely suited to undertake available projects.Our team chooses to work on projects that energize and change entire communities. M3A works with an eye on the future while attuned to the practicalities and complexities that involve small and large scale architectural projects. M3A is a full service architectural firm with a diverse clientele through the southeast region. We provide a broad range of services which includes educational, institutional and industrial. McElroy, AIA, NCARB is licensed in all of the Southeastern States; and will serve as the principal-in charge along with a complete staff. In addition, the company has experience on how to work closely with other consulting companies on a contract basis for services such as engineering.

Wanting to produce world class projects, William L. McElroy (M3A) recruited international talent to compliment his vision. M3A has distinguished itself with a socially and internationally diverse group of men and women. Nationally, Mr. McElroy recruited from all the major HBCU Schools of Architecture for the best talent. This strategy paid off, M3A is growing into one of the region largest minority A/E firm and has completed some 50 projects successfully.Award Winning and Notable Projects:Tougaloo Health and Wellness Complex / Joint Ventured, with JH&H 1997.Jackson State University - Walter Payton Student Intramural Complex Named Outstanding Sports Facilities/Award 2007 by National Intramural Recreational Sports Association, McElroy & Ward, PLLC.Received Title Magazine Honor Award in 2006, Jackson State University-Walter Payton Student Intramural Complex Southern University - AW Mumford Field house & North Stadium, Voted Best Football Stadium in the SWAC, 2008

BIO

William L. McElroy, AIA, NCARB

William McElroy is a native of the South Central Ouachita Valley Region of the United States, known as The Ark-LA-MS. The Franciscan Priests of the North Louisiana Catholic Diocese introduced him to various architectural designs and concets at the young age of eleven. He knew at that tender age this would be his chosen career. One year later, at age twelve, he set into motion his many talents which included designing and assisting with building his principals home. Later, before entering into college, he completed several residential structures in the region.William distinguished himself as a superior talent during his collegiate years, while attending Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana (LA) and Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, LA. Upon completing his studies at Louisiana Tech, he interned at an Atlanta, Georgia firm competing with diverse talents of this very creative environment before receiving what he describes as his enlightenment. William moved back to Ark-LA-MS. in the late 1990s to begin the tremendous challenges of building his now successful career. He was licensed in Louisiana in 1995, shortly thereafter, received his licenses in all of Ark-La-Ms and most of the surrounding region. His project and designs have produced regional and national recognition. William is a husband and father; Yolanda (wife) and two daughters, Briana and Maci and his son, Bryce McElroy.
